History:
Born as Kenshiro under the Valkus clan, a clan of elite swordsman that lives in the Land of Lightning. he adopted the code name "V" to protect his identity as the clan kinda works for the government. He started training with a blade at the age of 5. Started kenjutsu training and learned the clan's sword style, which is proclaimed to be one of the strongest sword styles in all of the world. Tutored by his father in Raiton Ninjutsu, taijutsu, kenjutsu, and overall how to fight. has some stealth and assassination training. Been training with his katana for nearly a decade with the goal to be one of the greatest swordsman in history.
became a jounin during the 4th ninja world war at age 17. mastered many raiton and doton jutsus (including some of his own) and perfected his kenjutsu. fastest ninja and most proficient swordsman in his village.
became the new raikage at age 24 after the previous one died. been ruling fairly but with an iron fist for nearly 10 years.
